Lake Knowles Modern, Winter Park, Florida

Wagner Hodgson worked closely with the architect to craft a modern landscape that extended the geometry and vernacular of the house out into the landscape.  The rectalinear concrete of the house is echoed in the driveway slabs and the board form concrete site walls.  Plant materials were selected based upon low maintenance and architectural form.  Large Palms frame the view to the Lake, while bamboo softens the pool area and provides a continuous backdrop.  Large planters were selected to accentuate the landscape and provide seasonal interest.
