An existing, 135,000 SF manufacturing building has been transformed into a LEED Certified corporate headquarters for Dealer.com, an ambitious company that develops online marketing solutions for the Automotive Industry. On-site employee benefits include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, cross-fitness studio, indoor tennis and basketball, organic cafe, and 150-person theater. As a part of the expansion and renovation project a rooftop solarium was added along with a roof deck, vegetable containers to supply their café and a miniature golf course. Outdoor terraces were created as spill-out space for employees within the tight lot confines, defined by bamboo and ornamental grass scrims.
