Hillside Modern, Fayston, VT

WHLA worked closely with the architect to carefully site this modern residence on a hillside in the Mad River Valley to fit perfectly in the landscape. The geometry of the home is extended into the landscape to create outdoor rooms for relaxing and entertaining. Minimal modern materials were selected to compliment the home. Native trees and textural ornamental grasses and ferns were utilized to seamlessly blend with the surrounding landscape.
