Wagner Hodgson worked closely with the owner and the architect on the conversion of 2 apartments and the adjacent 13th floor roof into a 2400Sf Amenity Roof Deck for the building residents. Different outdoor ‘rooms’ were defined by changes in decking materials, arrangement of planters and pergolas. A central synthetic lawn area provides lounging area and an overhead shade sail provides optional shade. Two grilling stations, firepits and dining areas provide perfect locations for entertaining. Perimeter planters and clear glass guardrails provide privacy, wind screening and views out to the neighborhood below…
