Hannah Beck

Hannah is completing a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture at Purdue University and is joining WHLA for her fourth-year co-operative internship. During her college career, she studied abroad in England visiting historic gardens to learn about their style and experience what makes them so successful. Hannah has spent many years working in gardens, as well as taking care of plants for classes and research at the Purdue Horticulture Greenhouse. Through the Honors College, she also worked on a research experiment analyzing plant cultivation practices.

Her background in science, art, agriculture, and love of gardening has led her to this field of outdoor design. By learning the groundwork to create beautiful and intentional spaces for people to appreciate, she hopes to inspire others to care for the land.
