Mikala S. Kortright

Mikala graduated with a bachelor’s of landscape architecture from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in May of 2017. She then started with Weston & Sampson Engineers as a landscape designer before joining the team at Wagner Hodgson. Mikala has a variety of experience working for both landscape contractors, nature preserves, and as a full time landscape designer. Her design experience includes, campus master plans, site design, feasibility studies, and interdisciplinary coordination. Mikala’s work in areas including cultural landscape preservation has solidified her passion for design that emphasizes a site’s unique sense of place while creating spaces that connect people to their environment.
